Cancellation & Refund Policy
The Portal shall not cancel any bookings once the transaction is completed. However if any show is cancelled or cancellation is done from the management of Sarb Multiplex then the formalities for the same will be taken in to consideration. As there is no cancellation possible from user end, there will be no refunds entertained for no show of customer as well as any kind of refund for cancelled bookings.
Shipping Policy
As this is online transaction for booking tickets, there will be no shipping for the ticket product purchased from www.sarbmultiplex.com  The customer will get an online booking receipt at the end of their successful transaction. They have to keep a print copy of the same.Print the copy of "Booking Confirmation" to get the ticket from the ticket window.
 
 
Note : Customers are requested to kindly carry the Proof of Booking ie. Credit Card used for payment and Photo Identity Proof of Card Holder while exchanging tickets from counter.
